Hello, good people,

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a retail fashion company. They are looking for candidates for the position of Residence Manager & Personal Assistant Owner (Jakarta & Surabaya). This position requires strong communication skills, leadership skills and problem solving skills.

Job Description:
- Oversees the household staff
- Oversees the household budget
- Oversees the Guest Service
- Oversees the household maintenance and ambiance
- Coordinates with other staff as needed as well as with other parts of the employer’s organization
- Assists with planning and organizing parties and events in the home
- Provide weekly report to the CEO, keeping him updated with any snagging lists, maintenance and staffing
- And all other workload given by CEO within job scope will be informed verbally every now and then
- Assist in managing the overall residence area, activities of a project(s), activities of events and supervise any project.

Requirements:
- Female, Minimum age of 30
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any major (preferably from Hospitality)
- Strong command of Bahasa, English language and good communication skills. (verbal & written), Javanese language is a plus point.
- Comfortable serving in an advocacy role.
- Exhibit strong leadership and problem solving skills.
- Proactive, detail oriented, and can work under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Available to work long hours and on weekends/public holiday if needed
- Impressive appearance (Proportional & Well-dressed)
- Preferably 2+ years of work experience in Hospitality Industry
